They never answer and wake me from my sleep.

Apparently, you don't know exactly what 800notes is...it is NOT a contact to the offending phone number; they can't stop someone from calling. It is a place to report your experience with said number, to warn others of spammers & scammers, hopefully to prevent someone from falling prey to these fraudsters.

A 1 diabetes keeps calling and saying nothing at all. I want it to stop. They call three or four times a day.

Keeps calling but we never answer any number that we do not recognize.  But when they call in here  it shows TWO  ones before the number like 116182083800.  I always thought that was an over seas call.

just called except had a prefix of 11 before the number, did not answer it and able to block it.
