Calls cell and never leaves a message

I just wonder where they get our cell phone numbers...so annoying. Well thanks to the blocking feature on my phone.

Call to my mobile phone no message left. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

received a voice mail.... from this number it said" THANK YOU FOR HOLDING but our trained representatives are currently assisting other customers at this time. please remain on the line and an agent will be with you shortly, Thank you.... repeated several times
