Who called from 6182161307

This number calls me at least once a week. I have recently been job hunting on Internet so figure it is something to do with education.

Keep getting calls whom won't leave a message and call back to back, frustrating
They have been blocked but have other extensions they use. So far I've blocked 2 different lines

They called today at 3:15 and just asked if I could hear them, said yes then he hung up! Definitely a scam to get you to say yes!

Calls continually. Asks if I can hear them so definitely a scam to get one to say yes. Always hangs up when i ask them to stop calling.
