Same as above letter of intent from Bloom n Associates said he's coming over again don't have large dog illegal drugs or firearms on the premises. Really???
I got the same call from Trevor from ICS regarding a notice of intent, and all the same stuff about having illegal drugs or firearms. (They also called my sister and left the same message for me on her phone)
I called back and spoke with Vincent Castello. When I began asking questions like who this supposed loan was from and when I got this loan, he put me on hold and then hung up on my.
I immediately called back and was told that Vincent was on a conference call. So I spoke to another person, who I don't remember. I told him to send me all the details of this loan because I do not believe it is my debt. I wanted the name of the loan company, the date of the loan, date of payments that were made, and all the information on Bloom and Associates. He stated it would be emailed to me within 24 hours.
I never got anything.
Today, I get a call from Samantha, she states that they have made numerous attempts to contact me but me having the courtesy to return their call. I needed to call back today to avoid an order being put out to my county to levy my accounts and assets.
I called back and told Samantha that I had returned their call and was still waiting for verification of the information. She put me on hold and the William Crow, attorney got on the phone. I asked him to get me the information I was requesting because my old bank account had been hacked. He was very condescending and pretty much called me a liar because payments had been made on this account (but he could not tell me when or how many, or how much.)
I hung up on him.
He called back and left a message saying that he needed information from me and saying that I needed to be an adult and that if I wanted to resolve anything I could call back or just wait on my documentation.
I called back and told him I was recording the conversation and then asked what other information he needed. I told him that I did not believe this is a legitimate claim and that his behavior was not compliant with collection laws. He told me that I did not have his permission to record the call, that collection laws do NOT apply to them because they are not a collection firm and then hung up on me.

These people are so unprofessional, they are scammers trying to act like you owe them money, they threaten to sue you but are not looking to validate the claim, just threats.
These scammers called my home phone, my cell and my sister's cell. Same crap about they'll be stopping over. Not calling back. I am not overdue or default, so I know it is a scam.
