Just did a full credit check on myself a couple weeks ago and I am no moron. Also, I owe nothing other than the few bills I pay each month, on time. This is a scam.
What is your debt?...Credit card?...checking overdrawn?....Anything that is not attached to your home or car as colladeral does NOT ever have to be paid back...They use scare tactics...You have the right to do nothing...NEVER take a call...NEVER make a payment....NEVER NEVER go to court....The only thing that will happen is that it will negatively affect your credit...THAT'S ALL...nothing else....you can always eventually file bankruptcy...if your debt is too large for you to ever pay and will just make your life miserable....besides...most debt is cleared after several years....You can also fix your credit yourself with a credit repair kit and also build new credit by getting a new loan and credit card and start making payments consistantly on time....It's ALL FIXABLE....
