I could not call this number back even though I live in the same area code. This number has called on several occasions. Although it shows an Alton, IL exchange it originates in Albers, IL.
I answered this because it showed up as a local number, but it clearly was not when I answered it. It was someone from a very noisy call center wanting me to take a survey.
