It is galling that these criminals consider our personal telephones to be nothing more than tools of their (illegal) trade. At one point, I could not use my phone without their calls beeping in during my conversations. As a result, I did away with call waiting.
Just called (12-23-15); female voice said "Hello" but would not identify herself. I am assuming scam, unwanted solicitation or other unwanted attention.
