same here. said they were calling on behalf of the special olympics askig for donations to help out in their training. said the 800-648-0812 would be the number to call for verification, and that a company named Heritage would be the one that answered on behalf of them. I havent calleed that number or anything so I am unsure of anything else. Also, the original call came from a 502-324-1609
Call from 618-368-1689 from "Medallion" asking for donations for Special Olympics event in Iowa. The cause may well be worthy, but when I politely declined, I was asked if I "have something personal against the Special Olympics." That's pretty shameful.
