This is a call from Charter trying to sell you more services than you want and already ordered less than a week ago.  Apparently, they think you are too stupid to know what you want because they aren't offering prices any lower than those they offered when you called them, or than what is offered in the mail they send out every 30 days or more by standard mail.  Meanwhile, although it is clear from the fact that you're cancelling service at one residence and having service installed at another residence that you're in the middle of moving, Charter IS STUPID because they think now is a good time to call to harass you into ordering more services than you already ordered!!!
