They picked the wrong cell phone. This is the second call I've gotten from this scam number. Now it is on! I happen to be a consumer protection lawyer. I will find them. In my experience, it is unlikely they are actually located in the U.S. They just hire actors with American accents to phish for information. I once tracked a lottery scam to Jamaica.
