It is a telemarketer about a "business opportunity."

Spam call regarding a business offer. Called my cell phone which is on the national do not all list.

I got a call today from the same number and they left a voice mail message and when I listened to it, it said the same thing.  Press one to learn about financial freedom.  Its just amazes me that it does not matter how many times I register my home land line on the no call list that I keep on receiving calls that are just bogus scams.
