Called my cell phone at 12:58 PM.  Caller ID only shows ILLINOIS.  Recorded voice says, This is Sarah about your credit card account, there is no problem....  I then hung up. I called the number back two times and each time a recording stated I'm sorry your call did not go  through, please try your call again.  This just proves that this is a scam and not a legitimate business.  Phone companies must sell unused numbers to scammers as a way of getting additional revenue.
