Someone who identified themselves as a representative of Retrieval Mediation called indicating they would send the sheriffs office to my home if I didn't pay them $900. When I questioned who I owed because I know I didn't owe money - (i.e what company was the debt from, asked them to send a debt validation letter, etc) the women became upset. She indicated I had to pay or else then proceeded to tell me my address, who I bank with, etc. I again asked for a Debt Validation letter and she said she's not required to send one and "how this works is you send me the money or else." When I asked additional questions she hung up. Apparently this company spoofs several different numbers.
Received two call from this number. 1st call identified themselves as arbitration services. 2nd call stating i am being investigated for fraud and gave a case number. My state, its ILLEGAL to leave a message like this. Not to mention I am not under any type of investigation. I blocked the number, not calling back because then I will get 10 calls a day. Voicemail does not identify the phones owner whatsoever.
Getting calls two times a week for the past month for my son, who has been deceased for several years. If they are a litigation recovery system, they should know this, look it up guys if you read this. And I would like to talk to him also, but cannot talk to the dead.
