Myra getting call every morning.  When I answer Noone responds.  When I call it back, it's busy

I keep getting calls from this number - I don't answer because I don't recognize the number.  But never leaves a message

We get calls from this number multiple times per day.  When I answered they asked for Jack.  I said no, this is Rebecca.  He said is this Mrs. Burns, I said yes and he said bye and hung up..... STRANGE

Just got a call from this number...when I answered they just hung up.
