Recvd call evening of 4-12-16. ID said ILLINOIS POLICE, which was suspicious in its format. No message was left and they have not called back. Therefore, my guess is this is either a ruse to get someone to pick up thinking it is some emergency, and then being ripe for a scam. Or it is a old time charity plea for some under-performing police benevolent charity. The area code is from a small southern ILL town and I don't live near there.
