If any of you have inquired for a quote or if you HAVE Direct Auto/General insurance......that is why you've received the call. It is a simple 3 question survey. No invasive information is asked.
Called and asked for a family member, who was out at the moment. The representative gave her name and the company name right away (although it could have been a lie. I have no idea. The area code seems wrong for the offices listed when you google the company name and the state).
Either way if you're calling to conduct a survey you should have your name registered with the phone company so people know who you are.
