Scammers robocalling to telling you the IRS is suing you.

Called and left message claiming they were irs and stated filing lawsuit for $6000+ and issuing warrant for arrest for tax fraud. I called back multiple times and they answer saying they are irs. THEY ARE NOT.  Lying [***] s.o.bs. Not irs. Total scam. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYMORE INFORMATION. Somehow they are getting people's names addresses and social security numbers to sound authentic when they call you.

Same as above. There is no way the IRS is suing me!

Called 5 times in the last hour saying there is a lawsuit against me. This is the 2nd tax fraud I've gotten this year. The first was via email and even had a fake link where to send money. Reminder...IRS will never email your or call you demanding payment without sending you something in the mail. If you think you might owe the IRS you can call their number listed ont he IRS website. DO NOT SEND MONEY to these people.

Same here, they called me 3 times today and left a voicemail saying that IRS is having a massive lawsuit against me. I figure it was a scam haha!
