I keep getting calls from this number, after calling the number back several times I got ahold of someone and they are a collections agency. I told them to stop calling me and they said a lady's name that wasn't mine and said that they had talked with her at my phone number and proceeded to argue with me that this wasn't my phone or that I was actually the lady they were trying to talk with. NO I DONT THINK SO. Then she was like well then give us her number I don't even know who they are talking about. So I dare them to call me back. I so do!!
This number called our phone number looking for our daughter and son in law. Not sure how they got our number. She said they gave it as a contact number. But yet when I looked the number up it said it was a telemarketer!
This phone number actually belongs to a Merchants Credit in West Frankfurt Illinois. it is a 100% legitimate collection agency. And before a million flamers jump on me, no I do not work for them and giving a good review. I would not give any collection agency a good review. I think most are all pond scum and their tactics really suck. I had one call me a couple days ago and broke 3 laws within minutes.
BUT they are real. And they will call and call and call until they talk to you at least 1 time then they don't call gain for X amount of time. There is a harassment law in there they must follow but if you dodge their calls, they will keep calling.
