They called, didn't answer, left no message, called back later, and got an answering machine to leave my information and they'll call back. Hung up... Unsure of who/what the number belongs to but judging by other comments here. I'm probably just going to block them. Typically Chula Vista, CA numbers have been spammers/telemarketers for me.
Scam artist. Don't answer this. They are masking their numbers and choosing them at random in violation of FCC rules. These are criminals operating outiside of US law
