Got a call from this number, didn't answer, didn't get a voicemail.  I called the number back and it was a voicemail to a solar company.  It sounded like Americas Solar Company.

Telemarketing from American Solar Company in violation of national do-not-call list.  I've gotten 3 calls this week from Solar companies in violation of the law.

I am on the do not call list. This number calls every day without leaving a message.

As above, law-breaking telemarketing solar sham racket placing illegal phone calls. Number blocked.
