This number is attempting to commit tax collection fraud - they will tell you that you have not paid your taxes ... I humored them cause i was bored ... They eventually tell you that they can solve your problem but you can't tell anyone ... They then call you from another line pretending to be a dodgy tax guy that can make your "file" disappear if you send him some money.
