Same thing happened with me. Received a call first with no response to hello. When I called back, the guy pretended to be Office John Reed from IRS. Couldn't even speak fluently. Kept on threatening for an arrest warrant with no details. I hung up later without sharing any info.
called, no response to hello, called back, person on line in a thick accent said he was Officer John Smith from the internal revenue office tax department. I replied "send me a letter" and hung up. My opinion..THIS IS A OVERSEAS SCAM CALLER.
