Who called from 6193400043

They called me three times in five minutes. i did not answer because I did not recognize the number. No message was left.

I have been getting a mirage of calls from the same prefix (619-340-xxxx). Every time I block one call, I get another one the next day, sometimes the next few minutes from a number that differs in the last four digits. I never answer. They never leave messages. SO ANNOYING!!! I wish there were better avenues to stop this type of harassment.
