man id's himself as Joe ...an evaluator in my area ---"Can you hear me" -----told him to stop calling my ph#---he's a scam artist.. He hung up quickly . There is reports all over the TV & Radio & Internet about this ---they want you to say "YES" and then they use your reply to have authorization for whatever it is that they are doing. SCAMMERS. This same guy called me from two different h# today
