Won't stop calling. Call, stay on line for 3 seconds, hang up. When called back "the number you reached is not in service"

Calls 4 times a day. California call. I live in Virginia. Still not going to answer.

Continue to call and when phone back, number is said not to be  in order.

Keeps calling don't know who this is never answer when whoever it is calls

The caller asked if i would be interested in working from home. Refused to say yes.  When i asked about his company name. They abruptly hung up with no answer. This surely must be a scammer! Be Wise. Don't say yes to anything!
