Robocall that I answered. Person asked for Jose Molina. I said I didn't know who that was. He said it was a baseball player for the Angels and asked twice if I was Mrs. Molina. Both times I said no, I don't know who that is. Got a robocall an hour later from a different number (still an El Cajon number), again asking for Mrs. Molina.
Number called my Landline in the 951 area code asking to speak to my 70-year-old number. "John" was saying that he was going to get her insulin ordered for her 90 days at that time. When asked where he was calling from he said "The insurance company." My mother did not feel right about the person's demeanor and lack of professionalism. Her insurance company usually calls from a 1800 number or 951 number.
I told her to ask him "Which insurance company he was calling from?" The caller thought I told her to hang up and then proceeded to tell me that I "should be glad" that he was even calling my mother to help her. Most insurance companies have recorded QA lines and would never speak to clients like that. I asked him to identify what insurance company he was calling from and then he responded "The insurance company." I advised him never to call my house and that I was going to forward his number to both ICE and FTC's scam department. He hung up the phone.
Please be careful, we called Her health insurance provider and they stated that they had no recent activity on her account and that they did not have anyone calling from that number.
