Apaprently you can't read because the posts here indicate the caller left no message, the caller is blocked, and the caller identified himself as a contractor. What's wrong with YOU that you can't understand people not wanting to receive unsolicted calls? If I need work done on my house, I'll research contractors and call THEM, not do business with some random unknown company.
