Serious debt collectors. They do go to court if they have a solid agreement from a creditor in writing. They do (according to court cases) send out letters to debtors. Nevertheless any abusive behavior on the part of their employees should be reported to:

I just received a call from this number on my cell phone. My cell number is private I don't ever give it out. The lady left a message asking me to call her back as if she is someone I know. A few minutes later I get a call from a member of my family stating that the same lady called my house - again it's a private number and no one, unless a family member, has that number. This lady said that she is trying to contact me regarding a job - TOTAL BS because I haven't applied for any jobs. My family member called back to see what this was about and this person said that I had given my home number as a reference - TOTAL BS again! I'm reporting this company to the FCC as well.
They love to lie. They're calling with "time sensitive information", want you curious and will pressure and mislead you. Don't work with them or trust them, ever. They are not your friends and they can't "add" charges and tell you you're responsible for them. My advice is to ignore them.

This place is a joke. Calls DAILY asking for someone who isn't me. I finally answered once where they didn't hang up on me and told the guy he had the wrong #. He proceeded to argue with me in a rude tone saying I WAS in fact the person he was trying to reach. Finally convinced him he had the wrong #...so I thought, until he says "well, just have her call me then" then he hung up. Rude and shady people who won't even say where they are calling from!! Block this #at all cost.
