Who called from 6194890102

A scam call using scare tactics. They try to tell you you will be arrested and thrown in jail for 180 days for missing a payday loan payment.

So is this a scam, or what I am confused on why they are calling my phone

using threaten language in order to get you to call

A male voice speaking in broken English called from this number and asked me to call him back.  Something about the U.S. Treasury and appearing before a grand jury.  Of  course, I will not respond to this phishing attempt.  How I
wish these criminals could be caught as they seem to want to prey on the unsuspecting.
