The asked for Dorothy, regarding taxes, and no one resides here by that name.

Caller was Bryan from the Public Land, Public Vote Coalition (no web site) about the “Soccer City” proposal for San Diego; he hung up when I asked him to take my phone number off his calling list; www.10news.com/news/san-diego-civic-business-leaders-urge-stadium-public-vote

The location of the caller says "Coronado." I have received two calls from this number, one last Friday and one today. They do not leave voicemail which leads me to believe it is a campaign caller about the "Soccer City" project noted above.

Called twice in the past seven days and they hang up when I answer.
