The caller ID is UCSD HEALTH; however, they have nothing to do with health only credit card soliciting.  A recording says they have been trying to reach me to offer me a credit card that was approved for me.  Then if I stay on the line a representative would ask me for personal information to get a credit card.  SCAMMERS!! Don't believe them and hang up.  I have blocked this number but they seem to use other numbers with the same caller Id name so beware.
