non-fixed VoIP and/or google number (per whitepages.com) with a CID of "Unknown" equates to a scammer. the medic alert and solar scams are prevalent today, three calls and counting
I keep getting a call from this number a few times a day. They won't leave a voicemail. They actually keep calling my Google Voice number, which has a 619 area code. I googled the number and came up with a website regarding a vote to turn Qualcomm Stadium into a soccer stadium. Seems like they are calling people for votes. Sure wish someone would actually respond when I answer the phone, but there is never anyone there. Would be a more effective campaign strategy to actually talk to the people you are trying to persuade.
