"He said his name was Frank, and he wanted to talk about insurance."  He had a slavic, possibly Russian, accent.

Call daily.  do not leave message

Said they were from Medicare.  Called at 730 am.  When asked why they called so early was told they call 24 hours a day because they're in a hurry to wrap it up.  Wanted to verify personal info which Medicare should have.  Told them I hadn't gotten a letter about it and the guy giggles and said they'd send me a letter tomorrow and hung up.
