Received a call from this number today at 7pm pacific time. I didn't answer and they left a message, but when I listened to the message it was just an operator saying my name and then hung up. I googled this number and found nothing about it. I called the number back and an answering machine picked up saying this was "Quality Alliance." I googled that and couldn't really figure out who they were. Then I googled "quality alliance phone call san diego" and I was directed to this site. Seems like people have had similar calls from the number 713-795-2650. Seems like a scam to me - don't answer!!!
I kept my 619 number when I left soCal. They started calling last week. Each time I pick up the phone they hang up and when I try to call back I get the answering machine. :( Make them go away!!!!!
I just got a call today and when I tried to answer, they hung up before I could say "Hello." Same situation when i called back and the message said they're quality alliance. I reversed search the number in white pages and only got that the number is a cell phone number out of the south bay.
I received a call from 619-796-3782 and when I answered it they hung up. When I called the number back it went stright to voice mail. They said it was "Quality Alliance." What ever you do don't answer it. I think it is a scam. "Watch out!"
