Who called from 6198316327

My car is on the east coast

Got text saying parking expiring and to call to add additional time. My car is in garage at home. Scam

I got a text message to my cell phone on August 13th that says:
-WARNING- Parking expires: 17:54

No extension allowed.
Parking policy does not allow remote time extension for this parking session.
I called the number back 3 times and every time it connected it immediately hung up. No ringtone or anything. This is weird and not cool at all. I want to know who was sending this message or what company is propagating something like this without further information. If it really was your card should at least have some kind of description of your car and what company it's from. If anyone find something out please post.
