Got a canned message. This is the  message here.  "This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press one to speak to the member services department or press two and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire".  No mention of who they are.  Needless to say, I didn't press anything, and have now blocked this number..
