We had a power outage the day before and had to call San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), so this call to us could have been a survey. The caller ID was GTEL. They didn't leave a message. This was 2 1/2 years after Amber's post.
caller id says GTEL. past comment here says they doing customer surveys for SDG&E??? if you in san diego then you know this is the gas & electric company. not important. blocking and sending to voicemail.
