Just got a call from some unknown heavy accented Asian man with a caller ID "SSI" with a San Diego area code. He could hardly speak English and couldn't pronounce my name correctly, wanted me to spend 15 minutes answering some type of survey. I told him I didn't have time and hung up. When are these ding-dong scammers going to get the message that people have caught on to them and aren't going to give out personal information for them to use illegally somehow?

I don’t personally know if the above link will actually take you off their list, but I have been told a couple of times that it does work.
I've been receiving phone calls from this number that has a caller ID of SSI. I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize and just let the calls roll to my voicemail. The caller doesn't leave any messages.
