Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.
If you get calls which are actually noncompliant with the Telemarketing Sales Rule, don't use reporting to regulators as some kind of threat. Just go on and report like you're supposed to. File complaints with the FTC and attorneys general.
