I called back the 1st time they called, and got hung up on after 15 rings.
Blocked now.

I called back the 1st time they called, and got hung up on after 15 rings.
Blocked now.

620-307-9237 - "Arkansas City Ks" on caller ID.
Just got my 3rd call from this number. I tried calling back again. This time a guy answered,
and said "This call may be monitored or recorded." He didn't ID Himself of the name of the
company.
I asked him who are you, and why do you keep calling?
He hung up on me.
Either it's a clueless collection agent, or another scam.
