This is my local area code and prefix so I answered. It is not a local business. It is Card Services. This dishonest scammer has harassed me from phone numbers all over the country and they've been doing it for several years. I no longer answer any calls I don't recognize. I should have waited to see if it was a local caller with an honest reason to call. It's a sad day when scammers can harass us by phone 24/7 and get away with it.
