Robo call. Voicemail said something about my "eligibility to lower your interest rates."

This number called me I did not answer they left no message

I researched the number and it comes back to a person named Amber Metheny in MCPHERSON, KS. I do not know if she is employed by this telemarketer or not but I googled her address and it is a house. These people need to stop. Enough already. number blocked

Received robocall on cell phone.  Was another "reduce your credit card" seductions, especially if you are carrying a balance of $10,000.  Will report to the FTC and FCC.

Just called didn't answer.
