Call from this number but when you call back it states it is not in service.

They called me and I let it go to voicemail - they didn't leave a message.  So I tried calling them back and it says "NOT IN SERVICE".

You called me but didn't leave a voice message - when I tried returning a call your number says "NOT IN SERVICE" and hangs up.  My phone number is on the National DO NOT CALL list - so please leave my number alone.

Just got a call from these clowns. I answered but didn't say anything, after 30 seconds, they still hadn't responded and hung up. Called back and the number is not in service.
