These idiots called me at 1026 hours & I simply pushed the button to end call then turned off my cell phone for awhile. Why can't these losers be stopped & jailed? I am DO NOT CALL list. These pieces of trash who keep calling need to be arrested alone for harassment. Enough of these losers & to those who are working with this trash in scamming, get yourselves a job that's more honorable at McDonald's or Wendy's & by the way, STAY AWAY FROM MY PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!
It's April from Financial Services. These people keep harassing my ten year old son by calling him 5+ times per week on his personal cell phone! I have filed a police report.

The Federal Trade Commission said SBN Peripherals Inc. were forced to stop making their recorded telemarketing phone calls by a federal judge in Chicago. The company’s assets were frozen and a receiver was appointed by the same judge to control the working of Robocall.
The Federal Trade Commission applied for such an order against the SBN as they were accused of breaking the rules and regulations of the FTC which are meant for the protection of the consumer. The FTC said on a particular day in 2009, April, SBN made over 2.4 million calls to consumers at an average of 27 calls per second. The company is said to have made over 370 million phone calls nationwide.
SBN Peripheral’s CEO was charged with the violation in the case and Johan Hendrik Smit Duyzentkunst said the company performs a service to telemarketers and did not make the calls. “We were totally blown away by this accusation,’’ Duyzentkunst said. “We were under the impression we were a service provider and a totally legal entity, at that.’’
“I didn’t know what was going on.” he added. He said the company had 200 maybe 300 customers in its system for whome they made telemarketing recordings of conversations. Duyzentkunst said that even the Republican National Committee and the Democratic National Committee were customers of his company. The company is finding it hard to survive this accusation as it does not have the financial power to hire lawyers.
