Received same call about my confusser be infected. I asked which one. Butt hole kept talking. After telling me the primary confusser, told me to start it up. I responded that every time I try to start, I get a Blue screen, which I wasn't even close to my confusser. I played this game for about 5 minutes. He then said he will turn it over to his supervisor to help me out. Another butt hole got on the line stating he was the senior tech. I again play along and pretended that I finally got into my confusser. He then guided me through the process of getting onto the internet. Then he told me to enter a bunch of letters, to include www. and support. I played along and everytime he would say a letter, I would repeat back with a different letter. At the end, he asked me to repeat back the input. I told him www. fuckyou. He didn't get it right away. Finally he told me to screw myself, were as I laid it into him and his family, telling him what i would do to the family, while all the time he was yelling cuss words. I then told him to f-ck a cow, then kill and eat it and started laughing that didn't stop till he hung up a couple minutes later. Now I will add the phone number to the growing list to be forwarded to the butt holes claiming to help you get money for having a Pelvic Sling operation that went bad. I love these people that think they are pulling the wool over your eyes.
call from noisy call center. Indian person said my cell number signaled to their company (microsoft) that my computer had some viruses. He never responded when I asked who he was trying to talk to (i recently changed my cell number 3 weeks ago, so have been getting wrong calls a lot. BUT he wasnt trying to get ahold of the past user, so that was a red flag). he said their system has GPS that tracked my cell to the location of my computer, so that's why i am being called. I asked to be transferred to the supervisor, but his lack of professionalism and snakey language basically revealed this is a scam. please everyone do not follow their instructions. Your computer is working fine- protect yourself from whatever they're trying to do to your system.
I just received a call from this number. The background was noisy, and the speaker had an Indian accent. I thought this was a Microsoft scam call. (I've received several of these.) Then the call became obscene. I hung up immediately and hope not be called again.
Indian male called from Kansas and asked for my husband. Said the call was about his computer. My husband doesn't have a computer. I call blocked it, since other contributors said they do a lot of repeat calling.
Male with middle-eastern accent called indicating that he was from Windows and stated that they were getting an error message from my computer, that I had malware on my computer and that Windows and other programs would become non-responsive or corrupted if I did not address this issue (NOTE: My computer is working just fine).
The caller asked that I hold down the Windows button on my computer and press "R". Since I was feeling a bit sprite, I decided to have fun. Obviously, I didn't follow his instructions, and I inquired about the error code number that he received. After side-stepping/avoiding the question 3-4 times, he finally said it's Error Code 420. Again, since I was in a playful mood, I told him that 420 didn't sound like a Windows error code I am familiar with.......I wasn't certain about that. I'm tech savvy, but not exactly MCSE certified, but I was certain that this guy was full of [***].
After being continually prodded for more information on this error code, he got frustrated and resorted to calling me a "[***]" multiple times and terminating the phone call.
