Called my cell.  Left a message, but the first part of Thur robo messege was cut off.  Probably because their robo was talking to my outgoing message at the same time.  Something about paying back a balance.  Sounds like another loan scam.  Caller ID displayed "United States".  Most likely an overseas worthless scammer.
