Who called from 6205848000

Called my home phone on 10-12.  I know no-one at that location, i.e. Clearwater, KS.
If it is a solicitation, I'm supposed to be on the no-call list.

This is different.... this number appears on my bill that I PLACED THE CALL THERE TO KANSAS.  I do not recall doing so but my best guess is that they called me and I attempted to call them back. Does anyone know who or what the number belongs to?  I don't owe any bill to Kansas; I live on the East Coast; but like everyone else, I have bills.  I suppose it could be a bill collector that never called back.  I'm too cheap to call there again. LOL

I have the explanation of who the number belongs to.  I also had charges on my long distance bill.  The company's name is "Collections Etc.".  This is a mail order company that sells all kind of junk.  I had contacted them to stop their catalogs from coming to my house.
