Got a call from this number, no message left. ID showed it was from Treece, KS. Treece appears to be a ghost town. Now ghosts are telespamming, We're doomed!

We are in the middle of a YUGE thunderstorm with thunderstorm booming almost immediately after the lightening flashes and I have kids that are freaking out over it because it is also raining like a monsoon and I have no satellite to distract the kids and what happens??? Ghosts.... yes ghosts start calling my phone!!!!
