Got a call at 2:30 AM with 620 682 3999 on the caller ID. Accept, press one, leave voice mail press two nonsense. Similar recording to other reports from other numbers. Obviously ignoring the no call list, and now running these scams in the middle of the night. Looks like these places use the no call list as a list to call. They know the gov does nothing.
