I ALSO received an email from [email protected] on 07/31/09 that said it was an "automated" message from Community State Bank and that my ATM card (with a partial number that doesn't match any of my cards) had been suspended.  I don't have an account or an ATM card with any Community State Bank.  They gave the phone number above, 16207654070, to call and have my card reactivated.  I would guess this is a scam.  I wouldn't call the number.

I DID run the number through anywho.com; it apparently is a landline in Garden City, Kansas.  So, technically, this is a federal crime, since I am in a different state.
